Pago Casa Gran

The winemaker only creates natural artisan wines from estate grown organic grapes within Valencia D.O. appellation. The grapes are grown using the collaboration of biodiversity and a permanent cover crop on the vineyards, following the Delinat Institute guidelines. Each plot is processed separately with native yeast to preserve its characteristics. The cellar is gravity fed to take the maximum care of the grapes and wine. The entire process is truly Nature’s work in a bottle.
