Pago Casa Gran

The winemaker only creates natural artisan wines from estate grown organic grapes within Valencia D.O. appellation. The grapesRt (M) are grown using the collaboration of biodiversity and a permanent cover crop on the vineyards, following the Delinat Institute guidelines. Each plot is processed separately with native yeast to preserve its characteristics. The cellar is gravity fed to take the maximum care of the grapes and wine. The entire process is truly Nature’s work in a bottle.

Reposo – Taking Time

  • A blend of 34% Monastrell, 33% Garnacha Tintorera and 33% Syrah
  • Aged 6 months on its lees in stainless steel and 6 months in the bottle before release
  • Young, fruity and elegant

Falcata Casa Gran – The Ancient Sword

  • A blend of 34% Garnacha Tintorera, 33% Syrah and 33% Monastrell
  • For 12 months before blending, half of it aged on its lees in stainless steel and half aged in French oak barrels
  • Minerality from sandy and white clay soil
  • Red fruit and spice fragances, lush with soft tannins

Casa Benasal Crux – The Butterfly

  • A blend of 70% Garnacha Tintorera and 30% Monastrell
  • Aged in French oak barrels for a minimum of 14 months
  • Great expression of fruit and terroir
  • Mouth filling red currant, licorice and balsamic notes with minerality from sandy soil
  • Intense flavors from lower yielding 40 year old vines
